Both guest rooms are decorated in unique Dutch style and retain lots of original features of the impressive canal house. They are quiet rooms located at the back of the house, overviewing our lovely patio. This means you will be living within the liveliness of the city-centre, without hearing any of the street-noise.

Cleanliness and safety are our utmost priority, thus smoking is strictly prohibited in the house. Unfortunately, our guesthouse lacks adequate facilities to cater for children’s safety and comfort. Hence we regret not being able to offer accommodation to children below 6 years old.  Since we have two cats in the premises, bringing in other pets is not allowed.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:

Check-in: 2 pm to 10 pm, on appointment basis.
Check-out : up to 11 am

Should you arrive earlier, you are welcome to drop off your bags with us from 9 am so you can start to enjoy the city.  In any case, please let us know your approximate arrival time. Please note that we do not have a reception. We are a small accommodation and do our check-ins on appointment basis.

BREAKFAST:

Breakfast is NOT included. Your room is equipped with coffee and tea making facilities, kitchen utensils, a fridge and a microwave. In addition, we will provide some free snacks & drinks in your room.

In addition, there is a wide variety of nice breakfast cafes within 1-2 minutes walking distance.

RATES:

EUR   168 – 268     Superior Double Room (max. 2 persons)

All prices are per room per night and subject to 10% city tax. During (special) weekends or holidays prices can be higher. For exact prices please click here or contact us directly. We only accept bookings with valid credit card details.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation or modification more than 14 days prior to arrival date:   0% due 
Cancellation or modification less than 14 days prior to arrival date: 100% due
